our trained coaches are our intellectual property. any class activity video/audio recorded is confirmed as owned/co-owned by mother academy under toppriority.us media and communications partnership agreement. if user is found recording a class, user is expected to share a copy of record to co owner of the content.
user is strictly prohibited to subscribe/add/run a third party promotion for student/content advertisement during promotion served by guitar sir/ guitar genie. in case of discovery of such instance. contract immediately stands cancelled with user standing accountable for full promotion schedule expense to pay.
