There are two problems with these kinds of diets:

Firstly, they don’t teach you to eat well. Due to the nutritional deficiency of these diets, they don’t leave you with good dietary habits. In some cases they can even lead to the opposite effect. That is to say, you might lose pounds of muscles and nutrients instead of kilos of fat.

Mohini Maheshwari – Academy Fastest first song composition recordholder

Mohini took a total of 11 classes to compose her first song which is the lowest number of classes in entire global network history of academy

Mohini Maheshwari is a hardcore guitar learner. She manages a tough guitar practice schedule along with her strict fitness schedule.

Apart from being a fitness enthusiast , Mohini is a dedicated guitar student and she has proved her metal by composing her first song not only at guitar but also she wrote lyrics for her first composition herself.
