ungli tries to wink with music but he fails miserably everytime and guitarsir yells at him. unglee finds guitars very interesting but he does not have courage to pickup guitar.

he likes to dream about guitar and guitar sir adventures. he gets filled with joy when guitarsir play guitar at various places and audience goes crazy crazy crazy. unglee believes he will be a great guitarist one day. but he doesnt want to admit that he needs to follow guitarsir command to play like a rockstar.

Energy and its effects on daily dietary consequences

Each cell, tissue, muscle, all have different power or energy values.

1. Stop seeing your diet as a punishment and see it as a long-term change

1.सबसे पहले बंद कीजिये अपने आहार को एक सजा की तरह देखना और सोचिये कि ये आपके लिए एक लम्बे समय का बदलाव है 

One of the main reasons that people fail at their diet plans is because they see them as a negative consequence of their lifestyle. If you fall into this mistake, you’ll find yourself constantly thinking about when you’ll be able to end it.

आजकल जयादातर लोग अपने डाइट प्लान का पालन नहीं कर पाते हैं जिसका मुख्य कारण है उन लोगों की उनके जीवनशैली पर नकारात्मक सोच| अगर आपने भी ये गलती की है तो आप अपने लिए मुसीबतें बढ़ा रहे हैं |

The problem with this is that, even if you manage to lose a few kilos, you may well put them back on again as soon as you finish the diet. It is important to mentally prepare yourself with the idea that the diet is a change to improve your life and not just a way to lose “X” kilos.

2. Avoid restrictive diets

Although restrictive diets are often very famous, they are not always a good idea. If your doctor has not recommended it to you and if there’s no real reason to follow one, don’t do it.

वैसे तो इस तरह की प्रतिबंधित डाइट आजकल काफी मशहूर है पर हर बार अच्छी हो, ये ज़रूरी नहीं| अगर आपके डॉक्टर ने आपको इसकी सलाह नहीं दी है और आपके पास कोई ख़ास कारण नहीं है इसे पालन करने का, तो कृपा का न करें|

There are two problems with these kinds of diets:

इस तरह की डाइट्स के साथ कुछ परेशानियाँ होती है :

Firstly, they don’t teach you to eat well. Due to the nutritional deficiency of these diets, they don’t leave you with good dietary habits. In some cases they can even lead to the opposite effect. That is to say, you might lose pounds of muscles and nutrients instead of kilos of fat.

सबसे पहले ये आपको अच्छी तरह से खाना खाना नहीं सिखाती| इस तरह की डाइट्स में पोषक तत्वों की कमी होने के कारण व्यक्ति  आहार सम्भंदी अच्छी आदतें नहीं बना पाता|

Secondly, restrictive diets only last for a limited time. Since they cut out nutrients, they are never recommended for a long period of time. The majority are recommended for 3 to 7 days. This means that you will not see long-term results. Using them regularly will lead you to feel tired and have bad moods.

दूसरी ज़रूरी बात ये कि इस तरह की डाइट्स बस कुछ सीमित समय के लिए ही होती हैं| चूँकि ये डाइट में पोषक तत्वों की कमी होती है इसलिए ये लम्बे समय तक लेने की सलाह नहीं दी जाती| जयादा से जयादा बस 3 से 7 दिन के लिए ले सकते हैं | इसक मतलब आपके नतीजे भी लम्बे समय तक नहीं दिखेंगे | पर फिर भी अगर आप इसे नियमित रूप से लेते रहते हैं तो आप काफी थकान महसूस करेंगे |

The best way to avoid failing at your diet is to follow a diet designed especially for you. It is a good idea to seek advice from a nutritionist who can teach you to create balanced meals according to your tastes. Another option is for a nutritionist to plan your menus so that you just have to make the dishes.

आप अपने डाइट प्लान्स में असफल न हो, उसके लिये ज़रूरी है की आप उस डाइट का पालन करें जो सिर्फ आपके लिए बनायी गयी हो | अगर आप चाहें तो आप किसी डाइट एक्सपर्ट (dietitian / nutritionist) की मदद ले सकते हैं जो आपको ये समझा पायेगा की किस तरह आप अपने स्वाद के अनुसार संतुलित आहार ले सकते हैं | बाकी आप एक्सपर्ट से भी प्लान्स बनवा सकते हैं ताकि आपका काम सिर्फ बनाने का रह जाए|

3. Educate yourself about healthy lifestyles

3. तंदरुस्त जीवनशैली के बारे में जाने और समझें

 Instead of following diets that promise miracle weight loss, it’s better to understand how your body works and why it requires certain nutrients. The most important thing is to learn about these nutrients, where they come from and what are the best ways of including them in your diet.

चमत्कारी वजन घटाने वाले वादों पर न जाएँ, बल्कि जरुरी ये है कि आप अपने शरीर को समझें, जाने कि किस तरह हमारा शारीर काम करता है और हमें पोषक तत्वों की ज़रूरत क्यूँ है | सबसे ज़रूरी बात है इन पोषक तत्वों के बारे में समझना, ये कहाँ से आते हैं और किस तरह हम इसे अपने आहार में सम्मिलित कर सकते है |

This way, you won’t see your healthy diet as a punishment. By being more informed, you’ll be less at risk of falling into the temptation of always eating what you shouldn’t. Of course sometimes you might allow yourself a treat, but you’ll be more aware of how it affects your body and the correct quantities to eat to prevent long term damage.

अगर आप इन सभी का नियमित पालन करेंगे तो आपको स्वस्थ आहार कभी सजा नहीं लगेगा| साथ ही अगर आपको सभी पोषक तत्वों की पूरी जानकारी होगी तो आपको पता होगा की आपको क्या खाना है और क्या नहीं | हाँ कभी कभी आप भी चाहेंगे बहार का चटपटा खाना खाना, आप खा सकते हैं लेकिन पूरी जानकारी होने पर खायेंगे तो आपको ये भी पता होगा कि यही चटपटा खाना आपको उतना ही खाना है जितने में वो आपको नुक्सान न पहुंचाए|

4. अपने आहार में उस भोजन के लिए भी जगह छोड़ें जो आपके पसंदीदा है लेकिन जयादा स्वस्थ नहीं हैFailing at your diet is less likely if you stay open to including less healthy foods from time to time. Some nutritionists leave one day or one meal a week free to help you in this process.

आप अपने डाइट प्लान्स में असफल न हों , उसके लिए ज़रूरी है की आप समय समय पर वो भोजन भी खाते रहें जो स्वस्थ नहीं है | डाइट एक्सपर्ट्स इस के लिए एक दिन या हफ्ते में कोई एक मील खाली छोड़ते हैं ताकि आपको इस प्रक्रिया में मदद मिल सके |

Try to make sure that at least 80% of your diet is based on fresh vegetables, fruit, meat, dairy products and legumes. You can leave the rest for less healthy foods.

कोशिश करें कि कम से कम आपका 80% भोजन ताज़ी फल , सब्ज़ियों पर आधारित हो, बाकी 20% भोजन आप वो ले सकते हैं जो स्वस्थ नहीं है |

The ideal option is to make these foods at home. For example, instead of ordering the same pizza as usual, learn to make pizza dough and make some homemade varieties that include fresh vegetables and other ingredients.

सबसे अच्छा तरीका ये है कि जो भी खाना स्वस्थ नहीं है, आप उसे घर पर ही बना लें | जैसे बाहर का पिज़्ज़ा ऑर्डर करने से अच्छा है कि आप पिज़्ज़ा का बसे घर पर बना लें और उसमे अपनी पसंद की ताज़ी सब्जियां डालें|

Vivaan is featuring as youngest band guitarist 2018

Vivaan started to learn with his music band at the fragile age of 5 years, which is youngest in the history of academy records.

Vivaan is the youngest band guitarist amongst his 8 + 4 band partners to start at 5 years at his record facility sunrise nest, Indirapuram, Uttar Pradesh, INDIA

he is learning SYG module under guitarsir coach.

Vivaan is very inquisitive with contrary reserved nature. He asks questions with his incredible drawings at class board parking.

He has his favourite purple baby acoustic which is enough to make you wonder with his tunes.

Vivaan is an active member of SYG Powered sunrise hyper music band which is listed as india’s first official youngest band to perform for such large scale audience network. As very less dedicated coaches invest their time with young kids as it takes disturbingly long time for teachers to train innocent toddler on a complex instrument like guitar. So very young students are straightaway denied. Vivaan and other sunrise band members have embossed the reality on scale of time that all those teachers missed the fun of writing Vivaan like incredible student’s profiles in their portfolios.

At core Vivaan is a fairly helpful gentleman and intelligently polite with elders.

He loves to draw, what to do’s answer is to draw for him. He likes to draw various types of advanced guitars which might exist in future.

He loves to talk about planets and their dynamics. His favourite character is Sonic the hedgehog, supposedly because sonic is incredibly fast. His station login username is pluto.solar

In totality Vivaan is a great future for guitaring in hyper digital age. If he keeps up with above fields of his interest. He seems to be a great resource for his country pride to represent on more bigger scales in future.
